Brexit Customs Charges

Depending on the value of your order, your Polished London order may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your parcel is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Polished London’s control and vary widely from country to country, so we’re unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

Returns Policy

At Polished London we are happy for you to return your items but it must be within our returns policy below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . Electrical items will arrive sealed or with a protective wrap.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please email hello@polished-london.com to discuss with the customer service team.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

• Any item not in its original condition ( seals or protective wraps removed ), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Please note: You the customer will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item, recorded delivery is the preferred method. Postage costs are non-refundable.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have expired since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
