We want your Polished London order to arrive safely and beautifully.
UK & Northern Ireland
Complimentary Tracked 48 delivery on orders over £40.
Tracked 48 delivery is £3.99 for orders under £40.
Ireland
Complimentary DPD delivery on orders over €55.
DPD delivery is €6.99 for orders under €55 and usually arrives within 3–4 working days.
Europe
Delivery is £9.99 and usually arrives within 3–7 working days.
Rest of the World
International delivery starts from £25 and usually arrives within 12–21 working days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods.
Returns
We hope you love your Polished London order. If you would like to make a return, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition and returned with all seals and protective packaging intact. Electrical products must remain sealed and unopened.
To begin a return, please email hello@polished-london.com with your order details. Our customer care team will guide you through the process.
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as original and return postage costs are non-refundable.
A partial refund may be offered where an item:
- Is not returned in its original condition
- Has been opened, damaged or is missing parts for reasons not caused by Polished London
- Is returned more than 30 days after delivery
International Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to local customs charges, import duties or taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
As charges vary between countries, we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering if you would like further information.
